As a new user of PlayMaker Spark, there are a few basic tasks to complete before starting the following training series. The attached PDF file (link at the end of this article) is intended for new users and contains directions for:
• Accepting the End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Accessing the Support link, and gaining access to the Help Center
If a user creates a troubleshooting ticket by contacting PlayMaker Support before clicking the Support link to access the Help Center, they may not have access to the Help Center. The steps in this document ensure that access to the Help Center will be available for each user. If the Help Center does not appear to be available, the impacted user will be instructed to contact PlayMaker Support to have this corrected.

This PDF file can also be shared with any new PlayMaker user by administrators or managers, ensuring that to help ensure that their new users have access to the Help Center and the tools to get their account up and running.
