Completing Events

To mark an event complete the event requires BOTH:

  1. Add a call or visit note
  2. Mark it complete

On the web calendar not completed events appear in blue text, events marked complete appear in green text, and events with both a call note and marked complete appear in green text with a check mark.

Recurring Event Benefits

The primary benefit of creating recurring events can be seen when users consistently add Call/Visit Notes and mark an event as complete. These benefits include:

  • Easy access to Historical Call Notes within the event, either on the web or mobile. Previous call notes will show on each event in the series, allowing a user to quickly reflect upon their recent communication with the facility. If events are created individually, notes can still be seen within the Account Details page, but will not be available within the event itself.
  • In the Detailed AE Account Activity Report (found on the Reporting page), users can see the last event in the past 30 days with all of their assigned accounts, as well as the Admit history on the account. This report provides users with a quick overview of where they are spending their time, and how that time is driving referrals. Similarly, in the Advanced AE Summary Report shows a summary of all accounts that have had activity in the past 30 days, as well as those that haven't had any ever. These two reports help users ensure that they are interfacing with all of their assigned accounts.
  • The Daily Visit Report (also found on the Reporting page), shows a snapshot of that day's (or other selected time period) events, providing users with an overview of events. This report can also act as a resource to make sure that events are being marked as complete, and that notes are being saved.
