What's my role?
As a team lead or manager, your marketers will look to you for leadership and guidance in the Spark applications. This course will walk you through the content in Sales Rep I & II, to help prepare you for their experience, as well as some foundational reports to use for managing activity once they are "live" in the system.
These sessions are integral to your success in the platform! Please ensure that you:
- Have applicable devices (laptop, tablet, mobile) on and in front of you
- Are connected to video and audio
- Are in a non-distracting area
- Are not travelling / out in the field
Trainers reserve the right to stop sessions and reschedule for preferable times if users cannot be fully present for their classes.
